Granite

Granite is a highly durable natural stone. It is naturally a very dense stone but it is still a good idea to seal it once a year to protect your investment. Granite is also the only stone a contractor will recommend for outdoor use due to its natural strength. It should be noted that certain granites are treated and may fade or yellow in the sun.
